Basic workout program PLUS six 60-minute sessions - $350

What it includes: After an initial consultation to review your goals I will prepare 2 full body programs which will be used during your six 60-minute sessions.

What it includes: After an initial consultation to review your goals I will prepare a new basic full body workout for each session. 


GOAL SPECIFIC PROGRAMS 

These packages will help you meet your specific goals. Programs are provided as you advance through the sessions and will be updated and adjusted based on progression. Training sessions can be used as desired and extra sessions can be purchased for $45 per session.

LEVEL ONE - $220 for 2 programs PLUS four 60-minute sessions

What it includes:

  • Initial consultation to determine your goals and assess your fitness level
  • Four 60-minute one-on-one personal training sessions
  • 2 customized programs prepared based on goals and progression 
  • Package of all programs with detailed instructions
  • Nutritional Coaching *optional for additional fee*

After an initial consultation to review your goals I will prepare 2 programs that will be used during your four 60-minute sessions. Once the sessions are complete you can either continue on your own or purchase another package. 


                                     START TO FEEL THE DIFFERENCE! 

LEVEL 2 - $400 for 4 programs PLUS eight 60-minute sessions

What it includes: 

  • Initial consultation to determine your goals and assess your fitness level
  • Eight 60-minute one-on-one personal training sessions
  • 4 customized programs prepared based on goals and progression 
  • Fitness and Health Coaching
  • Personal training support and follow up 
  • Package of all programs with detailed instructions
  • Final assessment 
  • Nutritional Coaching *optional for additional fee*

 After an initial consultation to review your goals I will prepare 4 programs that will be used during your eight 60-minute sessions. Once the sessions are complete you can either continue on your own or purchase another package.


                                  A SOLID FOUNDATION TO FITNESS!

LEVEL 3 - $780 for 8 programs PLUS sixteen 60-minute sessions 

What it includes: 

  • Initial consultation to determine your goals and assess your fitness level
  • Sixteen 60-minute one-on-one personal training sessions
  • 8 customized programs prepared based on goals and progression 
  • Fitness and Health Coaching
  • Ongoing personal training support and follow up 
  • Package of all programs with detailed instructions
  • Regular progress check-ins and final assessment 
  • Water bottle 
  • Nutritional Coaching *optional for additional fee*

After an initial consultation to review your goals I will prepare 8 programs that will be used during your sixteen 60-minute sessions. Once the sessions are complete you can either continue on your own or purchase another package.

LEVEL 4 - $1200 for 12 programs PLUS twenty four 60-minute sessions 

What it includes: 

  • Initial consultation to determine your goals and assess your fitness level
  • Twenty four 60-minute one-on-one personal training sessions
  • Twelve customized programs prepared based on goals and progression 
  • Ten Drop In Sessions at Royal Roads Recreation Centre
  • Fitness and Health Coaching
  • Ongoing personal training support and follow up 
  • Package of all programs with detailed instructions
  • Regular progress check-ins and final assessment 
  • Water bottle 
  • Nutritional Coaching *optional for additional fee*

After an initial consultation to review your goals I will prepare 12 programs that will be used during your twenty four 60-minute sessions. Once the sessions are complete you can either continue on your own or purchase another package. 


SINGLE SESSION + PROGRAM - $60 for one 60-minute session with one program based on your goals. 


GROUP RATES - $40 per 60-minute session per person for 2-4 people. I will prepare a program that can be done by all members of group, based on goals. 


SMALL GROUP FITNESS CLASS - $15 per person per 60-minute session for 4-6 people. Do you and a few friends want to take part in a fun fitness class together? Each class will be different, fun and will focus on full body strength conditioning, muscle toning and cardio. *Conditions may apply*
 

IN YOUR HOME SESSION - $75 per 60-minute session or 3 sessions for $200. I will provide handweights (up to 20 lbs) and other portable equipment if needed. 

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment can be made by cash, cheque, Mastercard or Visa. Flexible payment plans can be arranged. *Payments made with credit card are subject to an additional fee of $2.65 to cover cost of processing

Terms of Packages

Personal training session packages are non-refundable. However, you may give your remaining sessions to someone else. The package you purchase is good for 5 years from the date of purchase, there are some exceptions for medical interruptions. 


Cancellation Policy 

For best results, regular attendance and consistency is recommended. But, life happens, and sometimes you have to cancel. You will not be charged for a session but please be reasonable. No-show with no notice will be charged full price for a session though.
